ABOUT STEPHANIE

I'm Stephanie Urban, and I have been an artist since childhood. Growing up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains helped me find solace and beauty in all things nature had to offer. A piece of the wild embedded in me at a very young age. Years later, I moved to the city and went to design school. I then became an Art Director for advertising and magazines for almost 2 decades. But something was missing. I missed having time for painting and woodburning and being creative outside of a computer. Once my babies came along, I left my digital art career to focus on wild parenting and mixed media art. Still drawn to nature, I became highly intrigued by Shamanism, which led to my desire to practice energy work.

In 2020, I got my Reiki Masters and in 2021 finished my Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy training. I also became very moved in a deep healing tuning fork session and am currently training to integrate sound healing into my practices. Now I satisfy my restless Gemini spirit by having several outlets of creative energy and healing modalities. I'm deeply rooted in Earth energies but also connect strongly with the cosmos. Working with these energies, with help from your guides, ancestors and angels, I aim to help bring you into your highest self.
